Back Patio Survey of Volunteers

Dear Volunteers:

A committee has been formed to study the back patio area and explore a variety of improvements to help the patio and its surroundings better meet the needs of our members and the activities that take place there.

We invite you to answer some survey questions that will give us a better idea of how you utilize the entire back patio area, would be impacted by work done on it, and your thoughts in general on this project.
