Day of Service

Our monthly Day of Service is normally on the first Saturday of the month and is an opportunity for you to join with others in beautifying our Center, both inside as well as outside in nature. Meet us at 9:30 a.m. for a time of silent meditation in the chapel or join us at 10:00 a.m. and volunteer to help (during the warm Summer months, the times are 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. respectively). Use your skills or learn new ones; work in a group or on your own. Whether in the kitchen, in the garden, or in the Chapel, all is done in a spirit of teamwork with love, laughter, and sharing which makes for a very contented heart. A delicious vegetarian lunch will be served after two or three hours of service. Please join us in this special day of service. We would love the opportunity to welcome you.
